How is the skin under the bacon?
Also, I love bacon, but vowed to never wrap anything smaller than a filet in bacon because it's a pain in my butt. ;-)

If the goal is crispy chicken skin, I'd stick to high heat or deep frying. The bacon and rendered skin are bite-through tender and it is a real show stopper if you want to wow your guests.Originally posted by Potkettleblack View PostHow is the skin under the bacon?
