        Yeah, they are made by Weber but the nice thing about them is that the actual skewer part is flat which helps keep the meat, vegetables, shrimp, or whatever from spinning as you cook them. Alternatively, I skewer things with two bamboo skewers side by side so things stay in place.

        Experiment with appetisers or sides of barbecued prawns, pineapple and vegetables while the main course cooks below. The skewers fit into the Elevations Tiered Grilling System, raising them directly above the cooking grills so that your entire meal is ready to be served when you're ready to eat.

          I've got these at Amazon G&F. Comes with a nice case and I like the wood handles.

            In general I don’t like wrapping cured things with other cured things, but here I might make an exception.

            I love my kielbasa with mustard, so I would try it with a honey mustard sauce. I think there are a few ways you could go with it.
