Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe. The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.

Yeah, they are made by Weber but the nice thing about them is that the actual skewer part is flat which helps keep the meat, vegetables, shrimp, or whatever from spinning as you cook them. Alternatively, I skewer things with two bamboo skewers side by side so things stay in place.Originally posted by MsTwiggy View PostI like those skewers!

Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
In general I don’t like wrapping cured things with other cured things, but here I might make an exception.
I love my kielbasa with mustard, so I would try it with a honey mustard sauce. I think there are a few ways you could go with it.
