Steve B , I’m a government employee. That’s the only thing holding me back. lol. I can’t afford it…… that said, it is now on my list as my goal is to acquire at least one of every type of outdoor cooker. The South Bay just moved to the top of my Santa Maria list!!!!

I also need one of these. I think you are right. RickyBobby Built in the USA and a small, growing company. It is nice not see another Traeger or Weber or other big box product out there. We need to try to help business like this. It helps our hobby grow and keeps things fun and innovative. Plus, it is cool to support people that are working hard to develop a product that is high quality and employs high skilled fabricators. Lots of wins here.

Plus, the experience you get from cooking like this is amazing. Open fire cooking brings people together, and the food is incredible. There is nothing like a steak over that live fire. Those dripping's hitting that flame and sending those vapors back to the meat is BBQ nirvana.

Thanks for your insights, Steve. Looks like a fun rig for sure!
