Nice machine. Thanks for the write-up. It’s amazing what you can find on Etsy.

Yeah. It can be a dangerous place. But some really cool stuff for sure.

Congrats, Steve! Based on the food pics, you’ve already mastered SM cooking.

WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME??

That thing borders on Art. Now I'm looking at what cooker I need to move to get one of these on my patio...nothing's off the table at this point...

Santa Maria's are great. You need one. From just north of you.

Awesome cooker! Is it a pain to clean the ash out?

          Thanks.
Not at all. Just push the ashes to one side and scoop them out. 15-20 seconds at most.

Nice grill. I recently bought a SM attachment for my PK360 . Nice to have. Look forward to the pics.

Whoa guy! Surprised that little truck could haul that thing.

That grill looks awesome. Glad it all worked out for you. I really need to get one of these.

I bet if you throw those wings in the fryer and hit it with the SM grill afterwards, you would have the best wings on the planet.

Fried a Q wings are definitely in my near future plans.

I've been hoping that you'd get around to showing off your new toy. It's a beauty! No wonder you don't want to use any of your other cookers. You must have a nice supply of wood to feed it too.

Thanks Kathryn. I wanted to write this up a while ago but I’ve been crazy busy lately.
Wood supply is no problem at all around here.
