Smokin-It 3D
Weber Kettle with an SNS
Masterbuilt kettle that I call the $30 wonder grill
Bullet by Bull Grills gasser
Anova WiFi sous vide machine
Thermoworks Thermapen and Chef Alarm
Not a website, but this book is phenomenal! I’ve had it for years, paperback version. Although I don’t cook Italian and pasta as much as I once did, the layout and recipes are great. I’d say this book is similar to Kenji’s books in how they are structured. Discussion on the topic, why things work and then recipes. I know Kenji was at CI for some time.

Our go to Italian cookbooks
Buy the Urban Italian one used, don't spend $70 on the new one.
Oddly, I also go to Chef Jean-Pierre for Italian. Check his pasta category: https://chefjeanpierre.com
