I have numerous others on my subscribed list but these are the ones I watch/ refer to the most.

I really like Sam the Cooking Guy. He is really down to earth and cusses a bit. Its really funny when he and his son (the cameraman) get into a little spat.

I check in with Cowboy Kent Rollins from time to time. He actually did a "throwndown" with Chef Bobby Flay in the mid 2000s.

Lately been into Sam the Cooking Guy. relaxed and usually simple fare, if not always BBQ related. Gives me some variety.

I pretty much rely on Malcom Reed's video's.
Not a knock on any others on YouTube just find its easier to stick with one source.

              I’m happy with these,
              Malcom Reed
              Cowboy Kent Rollins
              Meat Church
              Americas Test Kitchen
I catch myself watching the old Justin Wilson cooking videos, I’ve never cooked anything I’ve seen there, but its fun to watch.

                Views on the Road
                Cooking con Claudia
                Rick Bayless

                Griddle:
Blackstone (It's marketing, but still some good stuff)

I clearly spend too much time watching YouTube cooking vids.

T-Roy is fun. He did a PBC vs Weber Kettle on ribs that is fun. Guga Foods! That is some WILD stuff, without question!

I forgot about School of Wok. I like them. I've tried watching Souped up Up Kitchen but I find her too annoying. She does have some good recipes, though. I also forgot about my favorite Indian cooking channel, Show Me the Curry. Unfortunately, they aren't really around any more, except for the very occasional vegetarian recipe by 1 of the 2 original hostesses only.

Agreed about Joshua Weissman. I like his cooking, but he annoys the fire out of me. A bit too uppity for my tastes.

I think the videos you have done have been good. You should do more. Maybe to coincide with the promotion of your new book?
