So I was in a creative mood..... well actually thats BS... I was looking what I had on hand for slaw without going to the store (again)... for the BB I smoked that day to compliment the sandwich that I was going to build... I had fresh Pineapple chunks left over from breakfast and a fresh Jalapeno and a nice bag of slaw and shredded carrots... broke out the mandoline slicer and sliced the jalps super thin and sliced up the pineapple with a knife. Just added the Poppyseed dressing (Marzetti btl dressing found in the veg cold area)
I have to admit... I LOVE this SLAW.. it has heat and sweet to compliment the pulled pork... I did not make a "recipe" for this as it pretty much is strait fwd with the ingredients as to your Sweet or Heat level just adjust as necessary...
