    What is the rule "Of Thumb" that anyone goes by for hanging Venison summer sausage between the time it comes out of the ice bath after smoking and is then is frozen ??

      I usually go over night . It needs to be completely cold all the way through or it will get lots of juice in the packaging and freezer burn.
