Hello good people. I'm curing a couple of flats for our St. Patty party next weekend. I noticed that the curing calculator no longer calls for the kosher salt, just the Prague powder. Am I missing something or did that change?

PapaBear I just checked the corned beef recipe page and the calculator shows the Morton salt:
Why spend the time making our homemade corned beef recipe? Because it is so much better than anything you could buy at the grocery store!
The actual cure calculator - https://amazingribs.com/tested-recip...-meats-safely/ - just shows the curing salt. The individual recipes on the site should show the Morton's salt and any other ingredients.
