    Old Bikes coriander pork rub

If you like a coriander forward rub, you might like this. This is my favorite for ribs and shoulders.
    • 2 tbs coriander seed
    • 1 ½ tbs salt
    • 2 tbs sugar
    • 1 tbs black peppercorns
    • 1 tbs granulated garlic
    • 1 tsp mustard seed
    • 1 tsp smoked paprika
    • ½ tsp caraway seed
    • ½ tsp fennel seed
    • ½ tsp ground cumin
Put all ingredients in spice grinder and have at it until ground to powder.

I usually do a light mustard slather on ribs and then a generous application of the rub. For pork shoulder, I don't use mustard and just use a good amount of rub.

    Enjoy!
