As close as I get to an SPG seasoning salt. This a latin style AP rub. Not to be confused with chipotle pepper in adobo sauce. Just recently added coriander, so, for the fine-toothed-comb-crowd this is why it's not on the label artwork. Trust me, I love it when I get called out for screw-ups. I don't always look closely enough and there's no-one else doing this stuff with me.

66 g sea salt
33 g black pepper
68 g ground cumin
50 g coriander
25 g oregano
24 g turmeric
