Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
For years my go-to marinade for grilled chicken has been a bottle of the cheapest Italian dressing I can get, preferably the house brand. I use it either plain, or mixed 50/50 with bottled bbq sauce. It’s good either marinated for a few hours, or applied right before grilling, but the sweet spot is about an hour before: toss those chicken pieces in a big plastic bag, pour in the marinade, and squish everything around.
