    Maple Ribs 2 Ways

    Pure Maple Syrup is one of my favorite things to eat. I decided to work this into my rib cook this weekend in 2 different ways.

    I first started off by making a dry BBQ rub using maple sugar and a wet BBQ rub/marinade using maple syrup.

    Set my Grilla OG at 235° on Pro mode and the ribs went on after it got to temp.

    After 3 hours I was happy with the bark. I got some foil ready and drizzled each rack with some maple syrup before I wrapped them up.

        I really like the flavor of everything I made. The dry rub ribs were delicious without any sauce but paired much better with the sweet sauce and the wet rub ribs went great with the savory sauce.

        The dry rub ribs had a bit of “crunch” to the bark even though they were wrapped.

        I now have another couple of ways of making ribs I need to add into my rotation.
