I have about 3# in the freezer, now in the refrigerator. I want these and normally do them on the PBJ. I don't want to deal with the cold, wind and some snow. So, I found this. I'll certainly share the cook. The only difference it called for bone in and mine are boneless.
Crock Pot Country Style Pork Ribs

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 8 hours | Servings: Servings: 6 servings
Ingredients:
3-4 pounds bone-in country style pork ribs
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper
¾ cup ketchup
¼ cup soy sauce
⅓ cup honey
¼ cup red wine or apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons minced garlic
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon dried mustard
chopped fresh parsley – optional
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet or heavy bottom pan. Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper and sear, on all sides, until golden. Remove the ribs from the pan and place them in the Crock Pot.
To a medium-size bowl, add ketchup, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, chili powder, onion powder dried thyme, dried parsley, and dried mustard. Whisk together and pour over the ribs. Place the lid on the Crock Pot and cook on HIGH for 6-7 hours or LOW for 8 hours until the ribs are done.
Remove the ribs to a serving platter, and spoon over the sauce from the bottom of the Crock Pot. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
