For a more uniform cook, I trimmed the small tips off pork tenderloin. Cooked them in the oven last night. Seasoned with a rub I saw on the internet and was referred to by Jermy Yoder.
1/4 cup coarse black pepper, 3 tbsp Lawry's seasoned salt, 3 tbsp kosher salt, 1 tbsp ground garlic.
The flavor of the pork was really good. It actually looks better than the picture. The rub without sugar may be better suited for beef rather than pork. Perhaps it could use a little paprika for color.
Thought I would share and get some input.
Thanks in advance.
