I like cottage cheese. I just eat it plain or with whatever fruit I have on hand.

Come on folks - live a little. Give my concoction a try.

Usually with blackberries or blueberries. Also add sliced avocado into it. When I do that, it’s salt and pepper or Tajin seasoning. I alternate between cottage cheese and plain whole milk Greek yogurt.

I’m thinkin’, minus the Splenda, I’d add that mixture into a baked enchilada. Have to think about that.

Cabot Farms whole milk plain Greek yogurt is my dairy addiction but also big fan of cottage cheese. Sweet or savory.

IIRC I feel like I’ve had lasagna made with cottage cheese as a kid. And IIRC it tasted pretty bad!

Flashback. Me too... Not as rich tasting as ricotta but also not as expensive.
              We actually liked it. 😊

              Yup. 'Twas n't good IIRC.

I don’t think I’ve minded out the few times I’ve eaten it, but not really a fan.

I'm with you, Hulagn1971 . If I'm not careful, I can eat a whole container of cottage cheese in one sitting. I keep it simple, sprinkling Maldon flaked sea salt on it.

When in a nostalgic mood, I serve a scoop of cottage cheese over half of a canned Amish Vanilla peach (jars available at my local farmer's market) and topped with a teaspoon of mayonnaise and a sprinkle of paprika, just like my Mom did for "fancy dinners" when we were growing up.

Good Culture cottage cheese is my jam. I like to mix it with some Greek yogurt, spoon tomatoes or fresh peaches. Doesn’t get much better, for me.

As a dip with Nacho Cheese Doritos! Just cannot stop. Make it a point to eat a tablespoonful everyday.
