Apricot Sauce
I just made Chris Lilly's Spiced Apricot Sauce. I've made it a couple years ago too and it was well received by others at that time. With Easter & Passover Holidays just around the corner I felt this deserved a posting. IMO it goes well with several salty or even more bland proteins. I'm anxious to try it on Salmon.

I love it, it's delicious on ham, pork chops, pork steaks and wings!
Subbing the apricot preserve for orange marmalade is also really good.
