Help with pork butt sammich buns

Im looking for a great recipe for pork butt buns. I live in an area with no bakeries and im trying to find a recipe for a great bun thats light, airy, and compliments the sandwich rather than making you taste a thick hamburger bun. I want the pickles, cole slaw, and mainly the pork to shine through rather than the bun taking away flavor. Please and thaaaaaaaaank you

I know you want a recipe, but kings Hawaiian pair amazingly with pork especially if using a vinegar based sauce. There are lots of recipes online for imitation Kings Hawaiian

I make these quite often. Sometimes I sub some wheat or white wheat flour with success.
