The link you have for the AR recipe doesn't work. Is this the recipe you are referring to?
Take your grilled hamburgers over the top with this recipe for brioche buns, a light rich, slightly sweet bread. You can bake this indoors or out. Indoors you have a little better temperature control than outdoors, but if you are the boss of your grill there is no reason why you can't cook it outdoors.

I know you want a recipe, but kings Hawaiian pair amazingly with pork especially if using a vinegar based sauce. There are lots of recipes online for imitation Kings Hawaiian

Im looking for a great recipe for pork butt buns. I live in an area with no bakeries and im trying to find a recipe for a great bun thats light, airy, and compliments the sandwich rather than making you taste a thick hamburger bun.
