Interesting. There are only about 5-6 recipes online for pla rad prik and none have coconut. Adding some turmeric per Michael’s notes is probably pretty easy (a tablespoon?) but I wonder how much coconut milk (I assume) to add. And obviously, oer Mosca ‘s rule, we must double the garlic at least and add more peppers. This seems like the “best” recipe to start with as a base.
