ID:	1141976 I started out to make a Canton curd like scrambled egg. It needed up something a little different. There was some onions & garlic, then shrimp that I just had to add, then, what the hey how bout some wild rice. I cooked the first 3 ingredients on med, then put it on high for the egg mixture of a dash of sesame oil, some corn starch slurry, a dash of xingzaou wine & 4 eggs. Started to cook em & added the shrimp, then the ​ ​ ​​​​​​​ ​

          Canton curd, bean curd, just another name to Tofu. But I have to say it sure looks good.

            No, no, not tofu! Curd is a form vs. creamy or fluffy eggs. I draw the line at tofu.
