Has anyone given a user review of the Camp Chef Woodwine? I’m curious on the quality relative to other pellet grills and how’s the seat box works?

I think the Woodwind(?) is the same as the SmokePro Deluxe other than a lower shelf, casters, and some shine. There is a review and Gold Star given on this site. I've had a deluxe for a few weeks now but am not really qualified to give a "review" other than I like it so far.

          Nice! Delicious as it looked?

Not sure if I am not using the pellet smoker right or using the wrong wood pellet or something else but I so far have not been impressed with my pellet smoker in terms of taste. Smoke flavor is pretty light. Although I do feel it makes great looking food. Always has the perfect thick smoke ring.

Davy Crockett - perfect mix pellet. Mixed in some Pecan I bought on Amazon.
Usually use a WSM - using the Harry Su method.

I wonder if there is some difference between feeding a fire with a fan vs vacuum that creates more temp fluctuations and depending on the controller some pellet grills manage it better than others.

Would it be accurate to assume offset, WSM, Pellet is in order from most smokey to least smokey? Wonder how the smoke and sear is in the ranks.

I think the WSM is in the list because it's what you're used to and you know how to use wood for flavor in it. I think the SnS is in that category too. While an offset can work with just charcoal, it's got to have wood to operate efficiently.
