Has anyone given a user review of the Camp Chef Woodwine? I’m curious on the quality relative to other pellet grills and how’s the seat box works?

Best pellet smoker around $1000 that isn't a Traeger or GMG?

Not sure if I am not using the pellet smoker right or using the wrong wood pellet or something else but I so far have not been impressed with my pellet smoker in terms of taste. Smoke flavor is pretty light. Although I do feel it makes great looking food. Always has the perfect thick smoke ring.
Davy Crockett - perfect mix pellet. Mixed in some Pecan I bought on Amazon.
Usually use a WSM - using the Harry Su method.
I wonder if there is some difference between feeding a fire with a fan vs vacuum that creates more temp fluctuations and depending on the controller some pellet grills manage it better than others.
