> Weber Genesis EP-330
> Grilla Grills Original Grilla (OG) pellet smoker with Alpha/Connect
> Pit Barrel Cooker (gone to a new home)
> WeberQ 2000 (on "loan" to a relative)
> Old Smokey Electric (for chickens mostly - when it's too nasty out
to fiddle with a more capable cooker)
> Luhr Jensen Little Chief Electric - Top Loader circa 1990 (smoked fish & jerky)
> Thermoworks Smoke
> 3 Thermoworks Chef Alarms
> Thermoworks Thermapen
> Thermoworks IR-GUN-S
> Anova sous vide circulator
> Searzall torch
> BBQ Guru Rib Ring
As the Grilla folks are fond of saying: Welcome to the jungle ...
Question: It looks like you've put foil on your diffuser plate. If so, did you find foil wide enough to fit over the whole thing ... and if so, where?Last edited by MBMorgan; January 14, 2021, 02:13 PM.

ItsAllGoneToTheDogs - I'd need to check but I believe that 24" would work perfectly on the OG. I know it's available from WebRestaurantStore.com ... albeit a bit pricey.

In my Rec Tec 680 I use Traeger pan liners but also use disposable cookie sheets from Amazon directly beneath the dripping food, makes cleanup very easy.https://www.amazon.com/Aluminum-Cook...s%2C194&sr=8-2
