Hey Hey Hey, I ordered a Grilla OG today.

So, I finally made the decision to buy the OG. The Grilla Grills site had a discount on qualified items. So, I was quite happy when the discount covered the cost of the wheels, cover and jerky rack.
I'll be shopping for some pellets, a gill mat, a prep table and some other things, and I still want to add a gas grill/griddle. Yet another decision tree I'll be climbing. I entertained getting the Grilla Primate, but they are sold out, and it might be more grill than I need.
I am looking forward to learning some new cooking skills. (I don't have much by way of cooking skills, so this should be interesting.)

If you have a Costco nearby, they had 40lb of mixed pellets for $12 or $13. Being after the 25th they may already be gone. Usually all the way in back. Maybe ask. Cannot wait to see your next cooks. Sold under the brand Kirkland. Though I have heard others say it was multi mfgs.

Costco membership is worth it for access to prime brisket alone for $3 to $4 a pound.

I just saw the extremely high value Costco pellets. However, I am leery as I have gotten into trouble with some brands of pellets on my OG. Specifically, lower priced pit, boss pellets, and believe it or not some of the Grilla brand. Iโ€™ve done well with Knottywood and Bear Mountain, although I like knottywood better. Iโ€™m going to try lumberjack next.

DrJimmy2112 I do not own a pooper. I burn them in my mini solo stove. Once the full capacity is nearly gone (1hr), I start loading it up with twigs n sticks, works great!

I think you'll really enjoy it. I've had a blast with my Chimp.

Congrats on the new cooker. Just remember to use wood pellets and not rabbit pellets fer cookin'.
