    Looks Great!
You've given me some ideas to plan an outdoor kitchen under my deck. (my deck is wharf-like and 10 feet high, so I use one space underneath as a carport. I've been considering building a place for my 22" wsm, grill and 16" ooni.

Thanks! That's a good idea. It's nice to have counter top space and storage when cooking outside. I did a bunch of google image searches for outdoor kitchens to get ideas. I'd say go for it. How do like the ooni? I'm pretty close to getting one

I'll let you know as soon as I try it haha! It's been way too hot to use it on the deck lately, and I was building/adding to my garden earlier in the summer. I should get to it in September, I think.

I thought it was great before - now it's ever "greaterer".

LOL, thanks Ron! The broken counter top and crack tiles were making me nuts!!! I couldn't work on it because of the three little kids. If it was only bigger - LOL.

Great update! Those forms on the link you gave make me think about doing my kitchen counters this way...

No worries, I hope it helps. Feel free to ask me questions, I'll share what I learned.

Very nice. I thought about using concrete for a counter outside, eventually. I can't do a full outdoor kitchen with a sink and all. Spent too much on a full yard reno.

Thanks you! Yah, the project costs add up. I have lived here since 1999 and I'm finally getting the backyard in good shape.

Black99vette I hear ya. I was in my last house for 20 years and never did anything with it. We finally had the finances to do something with this yard after 5 years.

Thanks. I think I started planning this in 2014. Having two kids in 2019 and one in 2020 stopped the project for some time.
