No Sous Vide, no sauce pan thingy. A deli slicer is required, I think.
Love the immersion blender. Best thing ever for a quick bbq sauce.
    Mandolin saves soooo much time.

What was #5? Did I miss it?

I normally don’t watch this kind of stuff, but it was fun

I have every single one. And multiple of quite a few

the sheet pans with a rack are a must and don’t forget the parchment paper to go underneath.

I love all of my tweezers.

      my Vitamix is irreplaceable

on this site, do we even need to talk about thermometers?

I love my carbon steel as well.

A guy I used to work with always said if you line your sheet pans with parchment and cover with foil, you’ll never wash a sheet pan again.

I wash them anyways, but it’s a heckuva lot easier!

Sheet pans with racks are absolutely necessary for prepping meat and veggies as well as holding them in the fridge

ecowper Sheet pans with racks are also where you hold fried items that you do in batches or finish in the oven.

I can go on and on as everyone knows but I won’t.

Thanks Panhead John, but a Nigerian prince offered me a car warranty, a home warranty and untold long lost riches. So I'm good for now.

klflowers I saw this article earlier today. I wonder if this is the same Nigerian Price who got you all your warranties… https://babylonbee.com/news/nigerian...mali-immigrant

I finally watched it…. The only thing I don’t have is the fish spatula/turner thingy. Oh, no carbon steel pan, but enough cast iron to make up for it.

For a long time I said that I didn’t need no stinking carbon steel, I’ve got cast iron just like God and the cowboy cooks intended …. Then I got a carbon steel pan and now I’m hooked.

Oh yeah, the fish spatula is worth the entire $8 it costs and then some

Anyone use one of these hamburger/sausage chop em up thingys? Don’t know what it’s called. I bought this one at Target for $5.00 This is another item that I’ve overlooked my whole life. When you’ve got something like hamburger meat browning in the pan, this is supposed to make chopping it up pretty easy. I’m so tired of spending 10 minutes trying to chop up hamburger meat/ground sausage using a spatula or wooden spoon. Can’t wait to try it out. It’s made of a hard but slightly flexible plastic. The edges are sharp, but not cut your fingers sharp, so it’ll easily go through the meat. Gonna make a pot of chili soon so I’ll let you know how it works. This might make a good stocking stuffer for someone.

I was pushed to the side by some mod. So no collaboration. Looking forward to a cook I can relate to with the ingredients I can spell. 🥸

Am I the only one that just uses a potato masher for breaking up ground meat?
Works great for sausage gravy and guacamole too

Well, like HouseHomey I too have all 21…most with multiple variations. About the only thing that I only have one of is the chinois…but I do have some other fine mesh strainers…so there’s that. LOL

Along with the fish spatulas in multiple sizes, I’d add a couple offset spatulas. They’re perfect for flipping smaller things like scallops. And don’t knock those tweezers until you’ve tried them. The larger ones are great.
