Just about the same as jayjordan. I have 17/20. Never thought of or heard of chef tweezers. I’ll have to put that on my Christmas list. That and a fish spatula. A Chinois I’ll have to pickup myself.
One that is not mentioned is a mini food chopper/processor. I use that one a lot.
Thanks for posting.

19 out of 20. I'm good at these kinds of tests!
Only thing I don't have is a chinois and don't see that changing any time soon

I’m surprised. I actually have 15 or 16 (haven’t seen those tweezers in a while) of the 21. Need to get back in the kitchen more.

Dang Eric, this was timely! I’d never heard of a rondeau pot before, while I’d seen them, I didn’t know that was what they were called. For the longest time I’d always wished I had something other than my various pots and pans I use for browning, sautéing or shallow frying. I’d just grab my cast iron Dutch oven or a higher walled pot, not exactly user friendly sometimes. So, thanks to you and your damn video, 🥸 I spent an hour online looking for one! The Made In, that was linked in his video, was a little bigger than what I need. I also wanted one with a glass lid instead of aluminum. I found a 5 qt. stainless steel sauteuse pan [same thing as the rondeau] with a glass lid made by Chantal that will be perfect for me!
I’d been wanting something like this but never gave it too much thought. It’ll be my Christmas present to myself and it’ll be here next week.
There’s a couple more things in his video I’m probably gonna buy but want to give it more thought. Thanks for the post, some great ideas in there.

If I counted right I had 15 from his list, but I don’t think I am as effective using them. Some of them like the tweezers are for making things look good and don’t contribute much speed or taste. I did enjoy the video.

The mandolin part of the video kinda scared me, I've had a slip on one and lost the end of a finger. I always always always use the guard now.

What I'm missing is not really important for what I do, a saucier pan would be nice though. The chinois is a bit much when I have several fine mesh strainers and a big food mill that I strain my hot sauce with.
Tweezers? I have a few but I don't use them for food: I'm not into fine presentation. I plate the food and eat it.

> Pit Barrel Cooker (gone to a new home)

to fiddle with a more capable cooker)

18/20 here. I use a pair of long “cooking” chopsticks instead of tweezers (but not for my nose) for fine manipulation (not fiddly presentation) and fine strainer(s) instead of a chinois.

Woo hoo!
Just got my Christmas present to myself today…..a new Rondeau pot. Thanks to Eric the Enabler…..
and his video. WI Bubba I almost got the 6 qt. All Clad you suggested but after seeing the measurements, it was just a little too big for me. I have limited cabinet space in my smallish kitchen and the 5 qt. will be plenty big enough for my needs. The only one I could find with a glass lid in a 5 qt. was the one I mentioned above by Chantal. Think I’m gonna really like it, looks and feels very well made, but the most important part is….its really shiny!

Here ya go Eric! 😁
3.Clad stainless steel cookware is Chantal's top of the line! This world-class cookware features bonded, multi-ply, construction that transfers heat easily and efficiently. Made with gleaming stainless steel, stylish glass lids, and beautifully functional stay-cool handles, it cooks effortlessly on all cooking surfaces including magnetic induction. The 5-quart sauteuse pan features two side handles which make it a great piece for starting a dish on the stovetop but then finishing it off in the oven. Great for braising, sauteing, browning, searing and more!

I have a bunch of these, does a Magic Bullet count as a food processor and or a blender. I have a bunch of the deli containers that are mostly from Chinese take-out and Brunswick Stew sales.
