Usually make my own riff’s on Memphis Dust and BBBR. Also use Meathead’s commercial rubs and occasionally try something new. I like a couple from Tuffy Stone and Kinder’s. After several surgeries, I’m very sensitive to “spicy” stuff, so I need to be careful about heat levels.
I hadn’t noticed that until I read your post. The GOOR would likely have been my pick also. Now? No telling I think I would kind of lean towards the Grilla since I don’t have a pellet grill, but who knows. lol! Not something I have to worry about knowing my luck. 🤣
I still haven't put my order in for a new cooker(thank goodness)- waiting on these results. And by the time it's resolved will be almost next month! (PBJr most likely)
