Congratulations on your win, Texan in SoCal ! I am loving the Hasty Bake (I won it in January's drawing! WHOO HOO!) i have 3 briskets in it today. (Smoke with a side of meat pictured below.) I'm using the warming rack for the small brisket. Happy smoking!
