    Mods can be a good thing

    Cooking a 14 lb brisket tonight and am starting it on the Oklahoma joe to smoke then on to the kamado joe so I can sleep.lined the inside of the Oklahoma joe with fire brick as well as directing the heat more towards the back end, took a few adjustments but I think I got it pretty dam close.         Filling up an offset full of corn on the cob still in the husk will even that sucker out too.

        Modding an offset is a blast, so good almost got me a divorce.
