          Kathryn, Th' ribs were tasty, all, but drier than I would have preferred; I let them go a while too long...
          Lesson learned, which is th' whole point of a test cook...
          Yes, indeed, I had fun!
          First fire, no thermos, total darkness...
          Loves me a challenge!

          Hint: I oft hold th trigger on my work issue iPud, get a motorwind....makes fer some COOL shots...

              PBCDad I could see a Jambo in that mix. IF I give in and get a stick burner. Thing is, I love my Hasty-Bake and my WSM .... I'm not convinced I need another cooker.
