How far are you from a Costco?

I have 2 within 10 miles in the East Bay (SF Bay Area). One of them is 5 minutes away from Sam's Club.

I live outside the Sacramento area. Nearest Costco 3 miles away and 3 others within 15 miles. My wife would love to have a similar situation as some have where Costco is an hour or 2 away.

I prefer Costco immensely more, but that extra time... it's more than 17 minutes difference, because it's all in the city and going down south is where the traffic is the worst. It's easily an extra hour on the trip to hit Costco instead of Sam's.

Although... one of my partners went to Sam's the other day and they FINALLY have Prime briskets!!! W00T! Now, if'n they'll start carrying pork bellies and Prime steaks, I might be willing to switch.

25-30 minutes or so to the nearest Costco. BJs is only about 10-15, and is where we have a membership. Meats don't seem to be as good a selection for large cuts. Sam's is somewhere in between in distance.

I'm 8.5 miles from Costco.... and hardly every go there, as it is "way across town" compared to Sam's Club, which is 3 miles from the house! . It's all relative I suppose. I only go there to refill my propane tanks, and to buy brisket, 3-4 times per year. Propane and brisket are the only reason I renewed my card last year, as it had been expired for 5 years before that. We just don't like dealing with the crowd at Costco, and it is always crowded.

7.5 miles & 14.2 miles. We go to the one 7.5 miles away, less crowded and is across the street from Cabela's. Darn. We also have a Sam's just a mile and a half up the street that we also frequent.

0 miles, I live in the place. I also go to Sam's, Whole Foods, Central Market, HEB, and 2 local butchers to procure meat. I love hunting for meat deals, it's like an addiction.

20 minutes to Costco in north GA, 15 min to Sams. We belong to both. My problem is that there is a Cabelas next door to Costco and we pass a Bass Pro Shop on the way to Costco. So we usually go to Sams cause my wife wants to keep me away from fishing gear, knives and side arms. I try to go to local butchers for meat.
