Welcome from Chico, CA. I would tell you that I was the Executive Chef in my house but I would get kicked in the butt by my wife. I am really looking forward to your contributions. As a new member, one of our Moderators ( Huskee , Spinaker or Jerod Broussard ) will give you a homework assignment which will help you navigate the Pit. You will find it to be really fun.

Welcome again Chef Brandon Please note, that usually your first assignment is to travel to Houston and deliver a care package of smoked meats to Panhead John. He is the unofficial meat taster at AR!

Chef Brandon - I lived in Sheldon for a couple of years (about 20 years ago). When we moved there, there were very few who lived in Sheldon. When I moved to Chico, Elk Grove had almost merged with Sheldon.
