Hi there everyone! I am excited to be apart of this incredible community. I am Chef in Chevy Chase Maryland and after listening to the podcast with Meathead and Chef Rosendale I couldn't resist. I have to say I LOVE BBQ!! This is something I am very passionate about! I have brought BBQ to the Club, where I am the Executive Chef at and everyone is thrilled. I have to say I am very humbled every time I light up my smoker, I live to learn and cant wait to learn as much as I can from y'all here in the Pitmaster Club!
At home I have a simple weber charcoal grill, pit barrel, and a Oklahoma joes offset smoker. I love using them all, all the time. At work I purchased not to long ago an APACHE, reverse flow smoker from Black Warrior Smokers out of Sead, Alabama. I love this smoker as I have been working with this brand for the last 5 years plus..
