ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, ThermoPop and a Thermapen Mk4. Recently added 2 TempSpike wireless meat thermometers.

As a new member, one of our Moderators ( Huskee , Spinaker or Jerod Broussard ) will give you a homework assignment which will help you navigate the Pit. You will find it to be really fun.

Chef Brandon - I lived in Sheldon for a couple of years (about 20 years ago). When we moved there, there were very few who lived in Sheldon. When I moved to Chico, Elk Grove had almost merged with Sheldon.
