Welcome, can't wait to hear more about your food truck and how it goes. If I know your hours and location, next time I come through Eugene going to/from family in CA, I'll stop and grab some Q!

I shall be keeping y'all updated, never fear. My better half says I can't have my truck until I help her launch her doggie comfort food treats. Just another iron in the fire.

That's what I'm countin' on. I can hear the folks sayin', "They've got bbq, but he's got bourbon and bbq!"

Welcome - I can see a change of luck on your horizon! Love bourbon flavorings myself too - I add it to smoked beans.

You've inspired me to think about a roast feral pig business - BoarB-Q. Think mind you, not act.

May I suggest... some diversity. You don't want to turn ANYONE away. Even if you think bourbon in everything is great, there are going to be people who will see your sign and not ever approach your truck. Also, you want to avoid "one note" offerings. Things will have to taste different. I liken it to the Mexican restaurants where all the food tastes the same, but the tortillas change.

It's not my truck, so I don't have any skin in the game. But how about a bourbon menu, a beer menu, and a teetotaler's menu? 3-5 items on each? That won't overload you with choices, and it will bring everyone to the table. It's a business, and it will survive on (net profit X volume).
