Welp, I done went and did it now. I can only partially blame all of ya’ll 😁 It is mostly on me. Hey at least I’m owning up to it. 😂

Anyways, these fine items should be arriving within the next week, hopefully. 👍🏼

Anything I do is naturally leavened (sourdough) but anything I know, is yours! If wanting to learn with commercial yeast I can highly recommend the pizza Bible.

Thanks Steve B - I know I started looking at them, but when I realized the ones I *want* are up there in price, I decided to first work on perfecting my pizza dough and such with the ovens/grills I have for a bit longer.I think when SWMBO told me I should get a pizza oven, she wasn't expecting them to be $1000ish!
