    Ever since a buddy of mine who owned a small diner gave me the 'what'sup' on griddle cooking, and its secret in that "diner" flavor in omelettes & sandwiches, etc (a griddle is more than just another cooking surface- it's special) I'm sold and intend to get one.

      You claim to have some secret on griddle cookin' and won't share it with us? I think that's grounds for charges of unbecoming conduct for a manager of the Pitmaster club!

      I have no secrets myself guys, I'm not a griddle pro. I just got the instruct couple years ago but i still don't have one myself. But griddles are more special than a frying pan because everything mixes, the fond, the juices, the brown bits.
