Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.
I’m happy with it even though it’s not the stainless steel Blackstone griddle that I originally ordered besides there was only $10 difference between the two.
Got it season up and trying out some burgers on it.

The only thing I don't like about my Blackstone Griddle is the grease actually drops down the leg of mine. There are aftermarket things you can buy to fix this.
Congrats DW! You will appreciate the Blackstone for it's strengths, might not be so happy with the weaknesses. My guess is you will be happy with it overall.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
