New (to me) performer

I found a great deal on Craigslist. I got a 2013 performer, that had only been used one time and kept covered, for $140! Just had to wipe the dust off it and it looks brand new! The guy I got it from said he just uses a gas grill and wasn’t interested in charcoal. My old kettle was getting pretty worn out, so this was great timing.

Got one of my Performers the same way. Guy bought it, but his wife wasn't happy with how long it took to get going and made him get rid of it for a gas grill. I have to admit, I also defer to the gas grill too often because of this, but I just bought a propane torch on sale last week to get the coals going faster and some Fogo Premium so now I have now excuse not to use it.
