Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe. The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.

Awhile back I mentioned I was going to aquire a Smokey Joe Premium. I did. It was the 18". Arrived and said what did I do? Way to large for what I wanted to do. Never opened returned (Amazon). Got dis with stuff. Finally order 14" Premiun this is week. Arrived couple of days ago. Put together yesterday and maiden cook tonight. Petite Sirloin and a jalapeño along with the rice concoction I did for the burito.
