If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.

I have the same Performer model. That rack is not part of the grill or a Weber accessory that I’ve ever seen. I hope it came with the lid! That’s not in any pictures...

Thanks, the spirit hasn’t been getting much use lately. Had to buy an extra ten bags (30 total) of KBB from the Home Depot’s Memorial Day sale so I don’t run out by the next sale!
