Gas Grill: NXR Tabletop/Portable Propane
Charcoal: Weber Performer Silver (i.e., 22.5")
Charcoal: Weber OTG 22.5"
Kettle Accessories: Slow 'n Sear, Smokenator and Vortex and bound to be more on the way
Smoker: GOSM Propane 38" 2-drawer
Pellet: CampChef/Browning Deluxe PGP24LTD
Thermometer: 2 Mavericks, Red backlit Thermapen
Anova Wi-Fi Sous Vide
So that's the 18.5" Stacker bundle? How do you add charcoal?
Has anyone done a comparison of the Cajun Bandit (now that you can't get the version with a door) and the Smoke EZ?

Yes.. that is the 18.5 Stacker bundle... it has a coal basket (not shown in my pics) -- if I needed to add charcoal, I would have to totally lift off the barrel (silver part) and add the charcoal... need good welders gloves or something because there are no handles.
My purpose for this cooker is going to be cooking pizzas and bread and occasional light smoking like poultry or fish

Now that's a bit how I think, a specific tool for a specific job. That would, of course, require adding a Pizza Kettle (if not just installing a pizza oven outdoors), a Santa-Maria "elevator-style" grill, something infrared for searing, a rotisserie for my kettle, and an EOS - at least to start with. . . . As soon as I win the lottery or the million dollar prize on Daily Fantasy Football . . .
