I attended a duck club event - 20 lbs of charcoal on each side for a massive indirect zone on a ranch kettle. Go for it.

I remember going to Colusa, with my best friend, many years ago, to set out dekes for his dad. If I recall correctly that was the Northern California Duk Club, and the mosquitoes were thicker than molasses
