        Groan….
My cookers haven’t looked like that since the day they were new. Now I understand just how lazy I really am. 🤦ðŸ¤·â€â™‚️

What in the world do you use to get them that clean? Like Jfrosty27 I realize how stinking lazy I am when it comes to cleaning my cookers. I need to make some time to clean them not that I'm retired & have no excuse!

I’m asking the same questions. What do you use, and how long did it take to get them looking like that?

They look great, but waxed? Really?

It only adds to the flavor profile on the first 2 or 3 cooks.

Ooh! You mean the cookers! I thought your title was a little too personal at first.

The objects of clean grills. And yes, that is a wax. I like to look at them and have them look clean. Probably like a car guy that wipes his car down.

So that’s triple zero steel wool? And it doesn’t scratch the covers?
Do you think that might work on a BGE’s ceramic exterior? It does seem pretty tough.

Steve, no scratches that I have ever seen, no dulling, etc. when I was a mechanic in Minneapolis, we used it to clean car windows.I think it would be worth trying on a small part of it.

Ok you inspired me....I just finished washing and waxing my Weber Kettle using the above products. I have never waxed it before BUT it does look great! I did notice a number of scratches on the lid cause by the lid bale but they are not visible from either side or from the
front. Thanks for the tip. Maybe too much time on my hands but then I am retired.

My technique is leave the cover off when I know it's going to rain.

Fine fine... I pressurewashed the kettle. It's not as pretty as yours but it's cleaner. I think there's some rust though... I... might... need... a new one.

                      SEE WHAT YOU'VE DONE???
