This is Ol' Smokey. She's my favorite and named after the Tennessee Bluetick Coonhound.
She's a Lang 36 Patio
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
My next kid is called " The Charcoal"
She's a PK360
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lastly, I call this kid " The thousand dollar Oven". She should have been aborted but don't tell the wife.

Other useful bits...
KitchenAid 7-qt Pro Line stand mixer
A Black & Decker food processor that I can't seem to murder
A couple of immersion blenders, one a "consumer" model & the other a "high end" Italian thing. Yes, the Italian one is a bit better, but only marginally
Instant Pot Duo Evo Plus 8-qt + accessories like egg-bite & egg holders
All-Clad pots & pans, along with some cast iron...everything from 7" Skookie pans to 8.5qt Dutch ovens
Weber GBS griddle, pizza stone, and wok
Knives range from Mercer to F. Dick to "You spent how much for one knife? One knife?!" LOL
I’ve never named any of mine. About the closest I get is occasionally referring to the WSCG as "the big one." Usually when prepping with someone else and am asked which one is being used and/or which needs to be uncovered. Kinda boring but it is what it is. LOL
Other than that it’s Summit (charcoal), gasser (also a Summit, so that can be confusing for some), griddle, or stove.

Cocktails: Alton Brown turned me onto boulevardiers. That has become my travel cocktail. At home it is usually spiced rum, vodka, or whisky mixed with ginger ale.
Planning on a DIY smoker. **Those plans got scrapped. Between the PBC and the SnS, a DIY smoker project has moved way down the list. Now I want to build an Argentinian style grill!
Former homebrewer with plans on returning to it when location and time allows.
No restrictions with me (love meats, cheese, veggies, etc...) however a friend I often cook with has celiac so I avoid gluten in my cooking. (PS. Stone delicious is a gluten reduced beer that he highly recommends )
The PBC is named Antov (Named after the Antonov cargo plane becuase of the PBC capacity.) And on the right we have Chelsea (short for Chelsea Copper Pot.) The Weber gasser and the Blackstone haven't been named yet. As with most, the gasser is referred to as "the gasser" and will likely remain that way. The Blackstone is a new add this summer so just hasn't been named yet.
