Weber Summit Kamado with SnS and Vortex.. Broil King Baron, Primo Oval Junior. Primo XL. Love grilling steaks, ribs, and chicken. Need to master smoked salmon. Absolutely love anything to do with baking bread. Favorite cool weather beer: Sam Adams Octoberfest Favorite warm weather beer: Yuengling Traditional Lager. All-time favorite drink: Single Malt Scotch
If I go by what I use the most it would be my Weber 22" for grilling and smoking, my Smokey Joe as the heat source for all things CI & CS skillets, followed by my UDS.
As for my favorite it has to be my UDS because I made it. I am still learning it since I don't have the need to use it as much. But I love firing that thing up!

JimLinebarger sorry for the tardiness in my response. My wok oven is not some high tech, big money cookers. It’s been used for many, many moons by the Chinese & Vietnamese & others. These are some pics that I hope will help. You can git one from the wokshop .com. I’ve mentioned them before & Meathead mentioned them about a visit he had. I hav only been there virtually.
