I like what I've got: KBQ, LBGE, TEC Cherokee. Uuni Pro get honorable mention, mainly because I haven't used it much so far.

An answer of "Yes" to any one of those questions means you're screwed?

Item #3 clay Wok oven - what is that and do you have a link? Is it one of those spendy volcano burners like they have at webstaurantstore.com?

      1. WSCG - WSM & Kettle all in one. LOVE it.
      2. Weber Summit Platinum D6 - Gasser that I've had for years...built like a tank, almost as heavy, and best gasser I've ever used.
      3. Blue Rhino Razor - Hated the grease management on the original Blackstone so picked up the BR. No complaints.

Between those and my fryers...there's nothing I can't cook outside.

          1. Pk360. There may be something out there more versatile, tough and nicely designed in the details, but I haven't found it. The lower vents are "revolutionary"

          2. PBC. The go to for anything that won’t fit into the pk. I replaced a Weber 26” with this and that says a lot.

          3. My wok burners. (Air blown rocket charcoal/wood stove, chimney of insanity rig, 60000btu single propane burner made for wokking) The last gets the most use due to convenience. All three can get the wok to 700-900F under a minute). Also great for frying and pan searing (who wants to do that indoors?).

Always looking at others but I can do anything on these three.

I like the Primo XL because it's a large kamado that is capable of 2 zone cooking.

I like to grill on the Weber 26 because it's a big beast of a kettle.

But I also like the Jumbo joe because it's not big but still a little beast of a grill.

              1. Hasty Bake Gourmet! Far and above my favorite
              2. Weber Kettle
              3. Weber Summit Gasser

I will say 2 and 3 are awesome cookers, but I have not had a cooker I like as much as the Hasty Bake.

Weber Kettle with SnS. Memphis Pro Pellet Grill. Weber Genesis Gasser. In no particular order because I really should have included a Large BGE somewhere in the mix! I'm just starting to learn the PBC. Sorry I couldn't count to 3.

                  1. SnS Kamado.
                  2. 26" Kettle w/SnS+.
                  3. 22" Kettle w/SnS. Not getting used much as #1 does everything it does, plus Kamado benefits.

I have a 2nd 22" Kettle and that's all the cookers I own. All my other cookers have gone on to good homes and were either given away or sold at a very good price. I'm happy.

Edited to move 22" to #3.

Attjack it is just the top of one of those broiler pans that come with stoves and no one uses. I picked up one at a garage sale years ago for $.25.

I use my Weber 22 with SnS about twice as often as I use my BGE, but that’s probably because it is quicker and better for burgers and dogs and as a griddle. The BGE is a far better oven.

                      1) Weber 22/ SnS
                      2) BGE
                      3) the electric range in my kitchen
                      4) Instant Pot
                      5) slow cooker

All of these are great. My list balances frequency and quality, eg how well a tool does what it is supposed to. For example, the IP does its job superbly, but I only use it one every month or two. We use the range several times a day, but it is a jack of all trades/master of none tool.

                        1. XL BGE for its versatility
                        2. PK360 ease of use great 2 zone cooking
                        3. DCS Gasser with double side burner and rotisserie

                        Honorable mention Humprey's Water Smoker

Just in case the Weber folks are monitoring The Pit (and if they are not they should be, lots of experience on this forum):

My top 3 are (would be):

                          1. Weber 26" Performer with SnS
                          2. Weber 26" Performer with SnS
                          3. Weber 26" Performer with SnS

                          Are you listening Weber?
