I like what I've got: KBQ, LBGE, TEC Cherokee. Uuni Pro get honorable mention, mainly because I haven't used it much so far.

Cooking gadgets
Weber Summit Charcoal Grill Center
Weber Summit Platinum D6
Blue Rhino Razor
Dyna-Glo XL Premium Dual Chamber
Camp Chef Somerset IV along with their Artisan Pizza Oven 90
Anova WiFi
Thermometers
Thermapen Mk4 - ThermaQ High Temp Kit - ThermaQ Meathead Kit - ThermaQ WiFi - ThermoWorks IR-GUN-S - ThermoWorks Signals & Billows - ThermoPop -ThermoWorks ProNeedle - ThermoWorks TimeStick Trio x2 - and a Christopher Kimball timer - NO, I do not work for ThermoWorks...I just like their products.
Other useful bits...
KitchenAid 7-qt Pro Line stand mixer
A Black & Decker food processor that I can't seem to murder
A couple of immersion blenders, one a "consumer" model & the other a "high end" Italian thing. Yes, the Italian one is a bit better, but only marginally
Instant Pot Duo Evo Plus 8-qt + accessories like egg-bite & egg holders
All-Clad pots & pans, along with some cast iron...everything from 7" Skookie pans to 8.5qt Dutch ovens
Weber GBS griddle, pizza stone, and wok
Knives range from Mercer to F. Dick to "You spent how much for one knife? One knife?!" LOL
1. WSCG - WSM & Kettle all in one. LOVE it.
2. Weber Summit Platinum D6 - Gasser that I've had for years...built like a tank, almost as heavy, and best gasser I've ever used.
3. Blue Rhino Razor - Hated the grease management on the original Blackstone so picked up the BR. No complaints.
Between those and my fryers...there's nothing I can't cook outside.

1. Pk360. There may be something out there more versatile, tough and nicely designed in the details, but I haven't found it. The lower vents are "revolutionary"
2. PBC. The go to for anything that won’t fit into the pk. I replaced a Weber 26†with this and that says a lot.
3. My wok burners. (Air blown rocket charcoal/wood stove, chimney of insanity rig, 60000btu single propane burner made for wokking) The last gets the most use due to convenience. All three can get the wok to 700-900F under a minute). Also great for frying and pan searing (who wants to do that indoors?).
https://pitmaster.amazingribs.com/fo...3-wok-this-way
Always looking at others but I can do anything on these three.

I like the Primo XL because it's a large kamado that is capable of 2 zone cooking.
I like to grill on the Weber 26 because it's a big beast of a kettle.
But I also like the Jumbo joe because it's not big but still a little beast of a grill.

LSG Adjustable Grill/Smoker, MAK Pellet Grill, Large BGE with Several Attachments from the Ceramic Grill Store, Weber Genesis E335 Gasser, Cast Iron Pans & Griddle, Grill Grates, Mostly Thermoworks Thermometers, Anova SV Stick, BBQ Guru Controller and Fan
Weber Kettle with SnS. Memphis Pro Pellet Grill. Weber Genesis Gasser. In no particular order because I really should have included a Large BGE somewhere in the mix! I'm just starting to learn the PBC. Sorry I couldn't count to 3.

Cookers:
Large Big Green Egg with a Ceramic Grill Store rack system, and the SnS setup.
Weber Genesis SA-E-330 LP INDIGO with SS Grates, Weber Crafted frame kit, baking stone, griddle (2/3), all from Ace Hardware.
For the first time in a long time I have no kettles as I gave them all away.
Everything Else:
SnS #3 with certificate. I was their first customer.
Sous Vide equipment.
SnS and Thermoworks instant read and leave-in thermometers.
Grill Grates for BGE.
Kingsford Blue Bag, Weber lighter cubes, Weber charcoal chimneys.
Rubs with salt: Meat Church Holy Cow.
Rubs without salt: Home-mixed versions of previously sold SnS Grills Rocky's Rub and Not Just for Beef using their recipe. SPOG.
Spices: Lots of 'em.
1. SnS Kamado.
2. 26" Kettle w/SnS+.
3. 22" Kettle w/SnS. Not getting used much as #1 does everything it does, plus Kamado benefits.
I have a 2nd 22" Kettle and that's all the cookers I own. All my other cookers have gone on to good homes and were either given away or sold at a very good price. I'm happy.
Edited to move 22" to #3.Last edited by fuzzydaddy; April 14, 2019, 07:33 AM.

Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
I use my Weber 22 with SnS about twice as often as I use my BGE, but that’s probably because it is quicker and better for burgers and dogs and as a griddle. The BGE is a far better oven.
1) Weber 22/ SnS
2) BGE
3) the electric range in my kitchen
4) Instant Pot
5) slow cooker
All of these are great. My list balances frequency and quality, eg how well a tool does what it is supposed to. For example, the IP does its job superbly, but I only use it one every month or two. We use the range several times a day, but it is a jack of all trades/master of none tool.
