Borniak Smoker

I have used Bradley Smokers for approaching 20 years and am now on my second unit, however during that time I have had around 5 smoke generators including 2 under warranty as the puck delivery system seems problematic, doesn't tend to fail completely but quite often seems to need manual puck loading every 20 minutes which is a pain.

With this in mind I recently bought a Borniak cold smoke generator system and linked it in to my Bradley Smoker cabinet (which I have used almost exclusively for cold smoking in recent years), I am very impressed with the quality and function of the Borniak.

So my question is does anyone have, use or is aware of how the full Borniak Electric Smokers perform? As far as I can see they may not even be available in the US given they are Polish in origin and largely seem to be European based?

I do believe you're correct that they are not available in N. America. My only awareness of them is on a YouTube channel for Pitmaster X. He has used their equipment and is occasionally sponsored by them.
