I like to play with fire. So my stick-burner is my passion. However, I am seriously considering a Santa Maria accessory for my PK. Then I can grill with wood rather than charcoal….
Also considering a simple brick fire pit with corrugated metal cover for large smokes. I know, I’m regressing.

My Santa Maria grill has become my favorite by far.
Soooo much fun playing with the live fire and adjusting the grate for temp control.
Kettle second and unfortunately the LSG doesn’t get the love it deserves due to time constraints.

Technically, two very different questions are asked here:
What do you cook on the most? In my case, that would be the pellet rig.
And, what would be the last cooker you’d give up? That would be my gasser because, however difficult it would be, with enough effort effort it can be (and has been) made to do pretty much anything I need.
I voted for barrel type smoker, but I am actually 50/50 on the OKJ barrel and GMG pellet smoker. I had full really long speech that would have taken 3-4 hrs, but my soap box broke.. Not that you asked, but it depends on what I am cooking..
I went back and looked and to my surprise, I've been using the pellet grill more than my kettle. (My PBC is getting lonely. It gets used only once every two months.)
I was sure the Kettle would be out in front for me, but I only use it for direct grilling (due the damaged blades), but in 2023, I have been doing less fajitas than I have in the past. The Chimp is being used at least weekly for something.
There’s nothing I do on my gasser that I can’t do on my Yoder. So, even though right now the gasser gets more use, the pellet grill is the one I couldn’t live without.
I voted for the griddle in the poll, but in reality it's pretty much 50/50 between GriddleBot and the kettles. The gasser only gets used for the side burner and as a warming oven because it's a POS. And Junior gets used for PBC things. But day to day it's GriddleBot vs. The Kettles.
